I did this quite a while ago, but decided to upload it because, although the letters look terrible, I quite like this, and I love General Blue, too.
I love drawing this kinda stuff, it's so fun! I was thinking about maybe doing some from the Death Note manga in this style too, because I love it so.
Oh, and it was drawn with permanent marker.

General Blue is my most favorite character in original DB and definitely one of my top 20 favorites of all time in the universe. :]
